Im sorry but however could you find someones school records?
Very easily, like Mark states himself 'if you know the right people'.
Mark the 'if I lived closer' was a statement that if I did in fact, live closer, I would have been able to come and see you personally instead of trying to sort things out over the internet. It's up to you if you take it as a threat or not matey.

Just the way you was saying you know where i live etc then saying that seemed to me as though it was a threar, sorry.
Anyone can get information on anybody, i know a few policemen and army people who have access to the full national database and can easily find out things, the national security of this country is shite.

They mustn't like their jobs then because the ones I know wouldn't compromise their livelihood to fix some small time crime on the internet.

There has and always will be a dodgy policeman in one force or another, the amount of extra money people can make is unreal my dad was telling me in the 80's it cost £5 to find out where somebody lived what car they had relatives etc

Well perhaps things have changed since then but the actual Police officers I know wouldn't do it.
I've read the u2u and it smells of billy bullshit.
Quite why you need legal advice to establish whether or not you should pay people back I'm not clear. You either owe them money or you don't.
And as for threatening text messages, any good soliciter will know that in order to Section 29 a telecoms provider you need a crime, which means you need to report it first and in order for the complaint to be upheld there needs to be a number of instances of actual threats not just people asking for money back because you're quite clearly a liar.

It already has been reported to the police, why would i lie about.
1 question, why am i a liar ? i would really like to know this im fed up of been accused of ripping people off its simple.
Someone bought something off me i sent the item and have a recipt of postage
Person didnt recieve item even though i have proof it was posted to there address
Why does that make me the liar not just a human error fault ?
I read through all the disputes on thsi site, everyone is i didnt recieve my item and no proof of postage was left. i clearly posted mine on the 1st page for everyone to see.
It is really simple, i sent the item and have proof i did, its upto royal mail to deal with on there behalf not mine.
I seeked legal advice, just encase people want to take it any further i wanted to explain to my solicitor beforehand and i wanted his opinion on the matter.
Why would i report text messages asking for money back to the police ?
They are disgusting accusations and horrible threats that my family should have not to suffer.
You can come to your own conclusion, im past caring i know what is happening and what is going to happen.
If you would like to take it further than be my guest i have nothign to hide i posted the items and have proof off doing so. there should be no dispute. why not call the people who bought the item a liar ? they could have recieved it but saying they havent....
very one sided this and i like it, im not as dumb as you may think, i know my rights and all the legal system. take it up with royal mail, why should i try and help people when all i get is abbusive text messages and threats, called a liar and so forth.

yes, 2 packages sent at the same time at the same post office.
Corsagirl's clutch kit was never sent because of a postcode issue and was refunded in a week.

Can you scan the receipts to show the addresses and dates, did you delete the pic of them as I can't see it?
