I started this early last year, I was good to start with then I started doing more and more I started aching more and more and had to stop, can't remember how far I got.
Think I'll try again but I weigh 2 stone more now than I did last year so it's going to be even harder

Seems As though I slacked on the big time I am starting again.
Did the intial test last night and did 36.
Week1
Day 1
Set 1: 10
Set 2: 12
Set 3: 7
Set 4: 7
Set 5 : 41
Am i doing this right ?
Should I be starting at a different part of the schedule?

After dropping 3 days behind;
Day 3
rest 120 seconds between each SET (longer if required)
set 1 22
set 2 30
set 3 20
set 4 20
set 5 max (at least 28)
I JUST managed it, Iwas determined, the 27th/28th was more of a half though! Not looked at week 4 column 3 yet but don't think i'll crack it.

Finally got round to starting this, got 8 weeks till holiday, so thought i should get going on it.
Initial test 15, week 1 day 1 did 12 at the end of it, fingers crossed i'll keep up with this and get myself fitter
