In real terms though, what are the risks of going 30+ hours without food ?

Tried and tested.

It works......

When my cupboards are full, I eat all, and gain weight.

Then the cupboards run out, so I don't eat so much, I loose weight

Not a healthy way to do it at all, but works for me

dont be a girl. go and get a burger and chips dripping in animal fat for your lunch with a slice of testosterone thrown in for good measure

i really do, i found a picture of myself from 2 years ago, and i have turned into a right out of shape kent ! Need to start getting into the gym and reclaiming what i lost.

Do you never find your just not hungry though I ate dinner at about 7 last night and still really not hungry and going drinking straight after work so wont eat later either. I wont die or ought will i

Hows that train ride in the summer? They got the air con working yet?

Actually, i'd be ok, as now I can catch the Ebbslfeet service into St pancras. 15 minutes!!!! Bike can't even match that!!! 33% more expensive than normal train, but 2hrs, or 15 minutes..... Hmmmmm worth the cash...

nah I get poor mans trains so no aircon, as long as I get a seat and I dont see anyone I know so I can read my paper I'm happy.

Using Moorgate was fun yesterday afternoon, gets quite hot with the train sitting at the station for 5 minutes
