I got them off ebay, You can get them a bit cheaper off there if you know the type you want. I payed under £130 delivered for them, Think they go for a lot more else where.

Had it out for a good run today, Went upto Southport then for a good ride out.

Whilst i was up at southport, Some bloke came up to me asking about the bike and the first thing he said to me was "Fcuk me, Thats clean, Its like a new one!"

Soon after he said that a bird shit on the tank

Anyway, Heres the only pic i got, As i only stopped once for a bit

Back to the standard can for a bit, As the old one was blowing and its MOT is soon, Will be back on after i've re packed it with some wadding and got a new gasket for it.

Got it out this morning and it started first time! got about a mile away from home then it cut out!

Wouldn't start at all so ended up pushing it home!

Got home and checked the battery and it is completely fubar'd!

After i cought my breath i did the infill panels in that 3m carbon effect film. Will get pics when my camera comes back!

I thought it was pwopa' dead, as in youve thrown it down the road/blown it up. A dead battery is a minor inconvenience.

It migt have been less hastle if either of them had happened. Was knackered when i got home!

Never a good thing to push a bike with all the gear on when its boiling hot

Will order a new battery when i can be bothered!

knackered batt aint too bad tbh although i had this a while ago as well...

out trying to recharge the battery running outta fuel then i ran out before i got it to a hill to change to reserve... ended up pushing it on the flat for ages with all the gear on before i could bump it again, was sweating once i bumped it so just went home and left the fuel lol

Ordered a new battery, Just waiting for it to arrive. Also taxed it the other day. Can't beleive i have had it 12 months now!

Here is a pic of some of that carbon effect funky back plastic stuff i did the other week. Doesn't look too bad for a first attempt!

Thanks.

Got a new Numaxx battery and taxed the bike. Tax had gone up by £2 a year

Will be insuring it again next week. Finally got some time to ride (If nothing else comes up, Havn't had the chance for a few months due to doing odd jobs and deciding to mod the car )

it is hard to keep the polished rims clean especially if you use the bike daily

mine had done nearly 50k miles when those pics was taken and it still rode great, im wanting a newer 636 model next but dont have any where to store it at the moment so i will probably keep the fazar (left on drive under a cover) i have and try get a cheap bargain over the winter once i have built a decent sized shed to store one in again

Been neglecting the bike...A lot lately!

Looking to get a single seat cover for it. Only problem is I can't find one for the J1!

Also want an exhaust hanger with out the foot peg. Only thing is i will still have the passenger handles there. They are used though, Helps to manouver it when its been put away!

If anyone knows where there is one for sale, Or where to get them from, Please let me know!!!

Mine hasn't moved since September. Its right at the back of the shed with a set of alloys in front of it, Bits of Astra, Binbags full of rubbish and bits from in the house.

Not had a spare few hours to get it out and go for a run on it!

Hopefully in the next few weeks i will shift the shit and get it out and ready for its MOT! Think it only needs some fresh fuel, Fresh oil and the battery putting back on!

Try and find out if a ZX7R hanger is the same. If so then I've got a Harris one somewhere in the garage. Yours for cost of postage if it will fit.

Seat pod finally arrived. Going to prime it up and fill the slight imperfections in it then paint.

Next its an oil change, MOT then ready to go again for summer!
