According to that you have to pay, but they will collect it from your house in stead of having to take it the post office...still have to pay for it though.

Yeah thats just a label with an address on, you still need to pay to send it back.

If you click on the question about returning items on that link you posted it says you can pay at your conventional postal service, or can use their collection service, which is payable through their website as you would normally for an item.
