which pull ups Paul? theres a few different ones in the workout. Underhand pullups i was doing 15/16 non assisted a couple months back but the wide grips and overhand are another story
Im training for the Para's so i was only focussing on the underhands previously as thats what you need to do for that.
Keep the chair infront of you for when you cant bust anymore out and then use it and smash them out. I used the chair quite alot during this first workout.

Just get the chair out when you have maxed out as many as you can without it.
Forgot to say, i accidentally pulled the bar off my door frame and ended up on my back so be careful.
Off to work now, 5hours of walking around after smashing myself in that workout, lovely lol. Ill see how you guys got on later for those that are actually gunna give it a crack.

i need something like this to keep me going.
at the moment i do some press ups/dumbell exercises for a week or so then give up and can't be bothered as it gets boring and only shows results on my arms really.
i find it difficult controlling my diet though due to eating at silly hours because of work.

My. Fucking. God.
Im actually struggling to lift my arms to use the keyboard
I could barely manage the pull ups, but the push ups I wasnt too bad on, although its next to impossible to do a diamond one with your thumbs touching

Look forward to starting this too. The hardest part for me I think will be the diet.

Having read through the nutrition pdf its easier than I thought, as long as you plan a week in advance then should be easy.

Which supplements are you guys using?
I'm just reading the fitness guide pdf. Are you also going to take multi-vitamins?

I've just had my 2 scoops of whey protein ...
I use Body Fortress - Strawberry flavour (it's the only one I can drink with just water) - from holland and barret.

Nah, dont think I'll take the vitamins. I imagine the supplements are where they make most of their money so will push those as much as they can.
Ive got a 'recovery' drink but may change it to a better one once Ive done some more reading up on it. Other than that Im going to get some creatine I think for pre-workout and Glutamine for after (prob have it in the recovery drink).
