Nah, not a fan of the Cupra bumper. If I do change bumpers it will be facelift front and rear with FR grills. Still want to get front bumper smoothed but no moneys

Well I picked up some new wheels yesterday, I was going to try and get them refurb'ed and on for Sunday but they are in a little worse condition than I first thought and tyre sizes are completely wrong

I was going to do them matt black, but now as Im going to spend more time on them, Im considering doing them a different colour. Choices are White, Black or Grey, all either matt or gloss

And they will have these centre caps

I'm the opposite, hate the sport wheels! I wanted 17's soon as I put the coils on and realised they don't go low! They are just intrim wheels till I find some a bit more special, for the price I got them at its fine though. Will be able to get the stance sorted now, maybe with a bit of camper too!

How much would you sell your sport wheels for if you find some wheels you like?

Sooooo, finally got round to fitting my new wishbone bushes which have been sat around for about a month now! Pass side went on fine, drivers side was a nightmare, couldn't get the console in properly, then the wishbone itself wouldn't go in!

I decided to give the wishbones a quick lick of paint while they were off too!

Before

After

Main bush (pass side),

New vs old

Also I started Project engine bling today, which was replacing the VAC hoses with some nice red ones

When I started

Afters

Just been thinking about plans for the car, while I was washing it, and I've decided I'm gonna spend some money that I shouldn't really be spending on the car (money given to me by my auntie), get the body work sorted, few bits colourcoded, few bits smoothed, get the new wheels refurbed and some tyres put on them and try to get it looking top notch for Edition38 in September, depending how it goes, maybe even enter show and shine

So, got a date in August for a little photoshoot, in which the car should be pretty standard for, then that gives me 3 weeks to get it all sorted :excited:

Been getting a few bits done recently

First off de-locking the drivers door, about 7quid from ebay!

Before

Comparison

After

Also replaced brakes all round, upgraded to 312mm on the front with braided lines, CRN discs all round

And fitted

Also finally got round to ordering some new HID's as one of the ballasts had faulty wiring

Had a photoshoot for Redline mag on Friday at Bruntingthorpe, should be out end of September/early Ocotber!

Car is currently sat in the bodyshop under going some TLC, smoothing and CC'ing

Got a massive list of stuff which I want to get done for Edition38 on 3/4/5 of September, mainly spraying lots of bits, tarting up the engine bay and getting some new rims on!

You had a photoshoot for Redline?! Granted you've done a few bits and it's coming along nicely, but I'd hardly call it mag worthy yet?!

Yeah its far from it!!! It was a diesel tuning test, mine (standard) vs a stage 1/2 and a stage 3 car, to compare the differences
