I dont think one United fan on here comes from where United are from - Salford.

No link fans FTL.

I bet there are very few City fans that come from Stockport...

I was born up here, my Dad was born down there but I've told you this one before

Bet you have a more local club than United, you were just glory supporters as the one closest was probably shite.

Yeah Kendal would be my local team. Dad's team is United as he comes from there so I was brought up to support them. Same as I'll continue the tradition and bring my kids up to support United and so on and so on.

And the likelyhood of you winning a trophy any time soon is slimmer than a cat walk models waist.

I don't see how being able to go or not to go makes you any more/less of a fan. I haven't been to as many United games as i'd have liked due to cash/being so far away but i've been brought up United due to my Dad and Grandad. I love going to watch football, so had a season ticket at Luton for 9 years. I don't consider myself any less of a fan than say mwg and he is constantly going (and I am constantly jealous).

You'll have to ask your fellow United fan, as he is the one that said it.

I didn't always go as often as I do now. Was a hell of a long time when I couldn't afford to go TBH. But making up for it now
