Can you supply bi xenon H4-3 kit?
OR are these H4-2 kit? I am a little bit confussed, as H4 hi/low can be refered to both h4-2 and h4-3.

Yep these are h4-3 kits so they have HID hi and low beam. The h4-2 is HID low and halogen high beam i think.
