Someone commiting fraud is trying to pull your company into the 'mix'

Hi, I am sorry to have to email you under these circumstances but a community car site has recently been the victim of a fraudster. He has tried to suggest that parts have not arrived as a result of your companies actions.
http://www.corsasport.co.uk/board/viewthread.php?tid=551500&pid=7190196#pid7190196
Please see that thread.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could clear this matter up and either confirm or deny his story.
I know his tale will be complete and utter crap but the final nail in his coffin would be appreciated and as I am sure you can appreciate we do not wish to see a companies image get wrongly tarnished as a result of people like this.
Thanks in advance.
Wayne.
EDIT: You are full of shit Jay, you are a thief and you are now trying to pass blame elsewhere as all criminals do.

I think we both know the outcome of this.
The guy is such a thick piece of shit that he didn't even think anyone would take exception to his actions, or the fact that he is trying to wrongly brandish a company in a bad light. I hate scum like him. Nothing is ever his fault.

Another thing that YELLS that his story, as with everythig else, is bullshit is the fact he has decided to 'refund' people/his lower than interest free loan instead of obtaining their details and phoning the courier to arrange payment as any idiot, even Jay, would realise that is the cheapest option? Unless he is suggesting the couriers stole the items?
It just doesn't stack up but we knew that already.

i live in the same area as do a fair few other corsa sport members and would appreciate it if whilst on the subject of "tarnishing companies reputations" you wouldnt tarnish everyone who lives around here with the same brush also, its actually a nice place to live apart from a few minorities same as most places.
