Brands Dale! I do in every car I drive, I seem to sink down in the seat as when I was going round I had to keep sitting back upright when I got to the straights

If you go to the Jap meet tonight Ben you can touch it

There's holes in the bit of plastic that goes along the bumper, trying to get hold of an American one as they don't have front plates

Lakeside was quite busy I thought, not as busy as Bluewater though, that was so busy it was ridiculous. They filled 3 floors of cars before Bluewater shut the car parks and people were queuing all the way around Bluewater!

Sounds like hard work lol, isn't that where people usually take everything off the bottom of the car and put it on it's side? (Not literally)

I think I'll leave it tbh I love a clean car but that's taking it a bit far for an everyday car

It was superb, so happy with all the mods I've done now, it feels nothing like a standard car anymore! Had a few good comments throughout the day about how well it was going out there. The suspension setup is the bwst money I've spent so far, now the Coilovers really feel like they're worth the money!

It's hard to differentiate between what the setup has done and what the ARB has done as I had both done at the same time more or less (no hard driving between the 2 anyway)

The rear end is alot easier to keep in check now, I'd say it's definetly made a positive difference, but having the setup done alongside it has made it an amazing package.

The difference is only going to be small on my car though as it comes with an ARB as standard. On my mates LCR he doesn't have one standard and said when he fitted one the difference was between night & day.

Is the standard arb on the LCR not inside the beam? It is on mine.

Bought a Forge BPV and fitted the yellow spring. No real change apart from it dumping alot louder through the air filter but when it comes to mapping I can change springs etc.

These came up cheap, so I thought I'd give it a go and see how they looked...
