I have never understood how players scream with agony when they pick up a knock or little injury(like Nani a few minutes ago) it really looks on his face like he has done serious damage to his knee, yet 2 minutes later he walks to the side of the pitch and comes on like normal ?

This isn't just aimed at Nani, but in general.
