having such a low rev limit is going to impact on the speed it goes up.
i think atm ive probably got about 240 maybe a little more.

traction control is good but think its only needed on a turbo vx220, yours will have much smoother power band so traction should still be really good i would imagine, traction control is just nice to have to keep u safe!
that vid was on low boost also so no where near the 290hp!
keep the vids coming :-) will be a different car again after courtney have done there magic :-)

for some reason i think my scangauage is lying to me..
i went to barnsley last night and it was telling me i averaged 60mpg..
I have been caning it since i filled it up and that was 170 miles ago and istill have 6L left.

just had an interesting race with a audi TT RS it was a soft top model, and he accellerated from a round about and i had a passenger in as i was showing him the car, and i decided to try follow.
hit imiter in 2nd and 3rd as i wasnt concentrating and then i just went past it, braked when i was 6-7 car lenghts in front, when the lad caught up he smiled and nodded his head and turned off
just checked.. these are 350bhp! but weight quite a bit.
put a smile on my face anyway

naa, the limit is raised on the 16th july, i have to go to norfolk.
paul, ill pop over your way i think once its done.
jules, if you get it done expect the sale price of your car to go up 4k.
basically, if you can stump up the initial cost the conversion is free if you do it yourself.. if courtenays do it you will probably have to pay abotu 2k extra.
