Jovanovic also told Nieuwsblad that the prospect of playing with such greats as the rumoured new singings of Emil Heskey and Danny Murphy and the prolific Marlon Harewood was to good to miss out on
Good luck to him

You obviously don't know many liverpool fans if you are thinking that we all expect to see aguero signing. We'll be lucky to see any big signings at all. I expect us to look at players who don't have long on their contracts, or who are young prospects in the main.

I'd like to think it would be some mediocre Spanish player. But as thats no longer possible they will have to settle for some Fulham players.
Resigning Darryl Murphy, living in the past indeed!

Darryl Murphy? Is that Danny's long lost brother or something?
Good, but not unexpected, news: Hodgson has said he's targetting the Champions League next season.
I honestly reckon it's written into a sort of 'pre-nup' agreement that any BinDipper's manager has to mention the Champions League just before/just after accepting the poison chalice.
I bet they're going wild with excitement in the dole queus and crack houses of Bootle and Wales right now at Roy 'Cheapskate' Hodgson's comments.

Don't worry Nath, Liverpool fans are stuck in a sleepy time warp until they win the Premier League.
