I thought it was a fairly decent episode, but theres just so much going on the episodes are getting eaten up by all the different storylines. I can see the series ending with more questions than it does answers.
I should really watch 5 in a row!

Really thought the Arya story would of been the one to follow this series, but not much has happened, obviously she'll be making her first assassin kill next week though, so we'll see what happens then

I thought he was going to lose his head at one point. Doesn't bode well that the dead come back to life. Not sure how they can be defeated on that basis!
I still think there is too much going on which may be the reason why some people think that its a bit slow.

That is the reason, yeah, the budgets huge as well, so doubt they'll go beyond 10 episodes, which would of helped concentrate on one storyline or even go through more.
I thought we assumed the dead came back to life anyway? I don't know whether it was intended (I'm assuming so) but did like the 4 horsemen symbolism when they were on tip of the cliff before launching the start of the apocalypse

We didn't have to assume since we've been told so since season one.
In fact, the first five minutes of E1S1 shows dead wildlings coming back to life and killing two brothers of the nights watch.

My girlfriend bought me this for my birthday. All the books so far. Technically 5 books, just that 2 of them are seperated into volumes so makes a total of 7 physical books.

I'm just getting towards the end of the first book now, and despite having seen all the shows i'm hooked. I love the shows so the extra detail in the books is excellent, even if the story is the same (supposedly different things happen later on in the books though but i don't know what so anybody who knows can we avoid any spoilers cheers thanks)
