Just looked 90 quid is a rip to be honest you can go to a scrappy and get them off a 1.7 d corsa for like 20 quid I paid 45 quid for mine with brand new inners and almost new outers

Dan - your astra gsi shafts won't fit a Corsa they to long and won't fit also the inners won't fit the 22splines..
But Your 1.2 hubs will be ok if you find some corsa Gsi/diesel/1.6 sport... 22 spline shafts mk2 cavalier inner cv's will go straight on
They work a treat

I had MTech big block hubs and shafts and running normal 2.0 inner and outer cv's on my old XE and it fucked both outer CV's in the same night with some punishment. but im running 22 splines and cav mk2 inners on my new one and theyve been fine. doesnt seem to torquesteer as much as my old car either

Very true Corsa_scotty,My mates xe Corsa used to eat cv's and hubs on mtech fat shafts all the time
Hence why I didn't even try them on mine

Car has came along very nicely though! Would be very proud to own it if it was mine. Just goes to show simplicity can be a winner when teamed up with the right bits Out of intrest was it easy to polish the rocker and cambelt covers? I know you probs didnt do them but i thought you may know who did I quite fancied some myself but your cars tempted me to go down the standard route with the Red cover on the silver rocker
