Barca to tear United apart.
FFS Marc. Get behind the team! BELIEVE They are a hell of a side but NOT unbeatable.
they are definatley not unbeatable you have to play them right, hassling them and not letting them stroke the ball around the pitch is the way. do not sit back against a team like this
They spend most of the game passing the ball back and forth between Puyol and Pique then everyone marvels at their high amount of completed passes

I think barca would struggle against a typically english style of fast paced football and closing down.
SAF would need to take a risk and launch an all out attack on them from the start, yes it would leave the risk of space at the back and a counter but if you sit back and wait for the opportunity then they will score anyway, IMO

Yeah, he bossed midfield, was RM's best player
Never got a chance with us for some reason.
He would improve your side no end now. They need that sort of player. Song is decent, but not potential champion quality.

To clear up the Lassana Diarra thing.
a) he's a prize cunt of the highest order
b) he's a total mercenary
c) he's hideously overrated
He has a tendency to have a great game now and then but he's so inconsistent, IMO.
Also, he never 'didnt get a chance with us', he just wasnt as good as Flamini who at the time was bossing the midfield with Cesc, still a shame Flamini left. He got in a massive huff because he couldnt force his way into the team after 3 months and demanded he leave immediately. Wenger pleased with him to stay as he knew Flamini was gonna sod off and be a twat but Diarra wouldn't have it so Wenger reluctantly let him leave as he was a complete bad influence (he also copied Gallas in sayign he'd score an own goal if not given the chance to leave when at Chelsea). We paid £2m for him and sold him for £3m so we didnt make much of a profit. Pompey however sold him for €20m which was basically £18-19m at the time 6 months later
As for Song, you can Clichy-style laugh all you like but for me, he's better than both Diarra and Flamini and is crucial to us, he holds it all together. He doesn't stand out as much (certainly as Diarra when he puts in a good game) but he's so consistent and just gets on with the job without grabbing headlines etc.

Smalling and Evans at CB. Is SAF taking too much of a risk there?
