Best way is to blow it through with a airline and check for any bits of metal lodged in the cage, and don't give up too easy, Offen miss small bits that become dislodged while messing about with it.

Cheers Kieran, never cleaned for so long, in the end I put headphone in as the usual "wanna do mine, missed abit" bla bla were getting on my nerves every two minutes.

Thanks Jambo, it was a bastard. However when HG went I used as an excuse to uprate parts, which hopefully I will be doing this time. Bottom end more pricey though

Car goes tomorrow to Phillip got a transport service taking it.

£185, which i see as good its 4 hours each way, was a few smaller quotes but car would of been to low to get on them!

More bad news clutch is dead. almost glad its happened now, if went a month ago, would of meant gearbox of twice.
