I just had a nose on Xbox.com forums and a few others are complaining about the same thing and someone said try clearing ya cache so thats what I've done and it seems to have worked

I have this new game i play when racing through traffic and its called 'victim'. You hammer it up the nurburgring straight and whatever car you feel is worth smashing to you rewind back and go for it.
Here is the chose one.
You can see me in the background, red car.
And here is the view from my angle. I had to cut across the grass because i was going too fast to use the road at this stage.
The outcome
Needless to say i won that fight.
