240ml cup I think.
2 pods (40ml each) then 40ml of water then milk.
I did an Arpeggio espresso with milk froth and choc sprinkles yesterday
I have the best espresso cups ever.

I've got the Nespresso espresso cups that look like big pods! Couldn't resist them. The TC boutique must love it when I'm there!

Just tried a bit of that shizzle.
Single Arpeggio Espresso
Milk Foam
Chocolate sprinkles.
Shown in one of my other espresso cups. They are a cheap copy of the really expensive Villeroy & Bosch version! Real thing £20 for one espresso cup & base plate. I got set of 4 for £20 lol.

You will probably need all 4 at once going by the size of the drink you get

The "spicy" description made me wary tbh. If I like it I'll order a job lot if there's any left.

We were told expected to be gone by mid week. My other mate placed a regular order last week so he didn't want in. Bet he regrets it!

link don't won't, but i really recommend the swiss gold thing i use for coffee on the go.
literally just got into work and made a cup of Monsoon Malabar 2011, (Roasted in december, large grind, ground this morning)
None of that press a button, get a shot of year old coffee in a borrowers mug.

Forgot I had one of them, can't be that good. They travel mugs linked from amazon are crap as well, got one of them and the plunger isn't tight enough with the mug, loads of coffee gets past it.

If you want some quick you can't beat the red & silver Lavazza in the vacuum pack. Available from any good supermarket.
