By sleeved do you mean the a bars go into holes in the main hoop?

The cage I helped build (CC) wasn't like that

I've replied,

Drop us a call mate and we can get it sorted - 01562 519 070.

We supply custom cages and safety devices, I'm sure Tony can do a great job on welding it in for you and that price is fantastic.

Prouction takes 10 - 14 days.

i meant sleeved as the way Tony described it..... the main hoop with extensions fwd in the same diameter as the main hoop. The front section then slides into these and bolts.

The main hoop CANNOT be welded in place then the frontfitted as you will not be able to get full access to weld on the top/outside unless you have some pretty funky welding equipment.

cut the floor, lower it through (BEFORE fixing on the base plates so its just a hole saw)

No Like this

http://www.customcages.co.uk/roll-cages/accessories/bolt-in-sleeve-kit

and if its a full weld in job AK then i will have to do it on one go but the sleeve will still work without cutting the car about.

only if i make it bolt in can it be done in 2 parts.

We did it by tacking the bars in place then moving the cage off the feet. So it drops down and you can get to the top then

Tony, will i be allowed to spray these bars silver when they are in bits before i bring it all to you, obviously leaving the bits to be welded exposed and finish those off at a later date after its welded in.

Just means that i can spray the main parts and i dont have to faff masking stuff off when its in the car

Just make it easier if i only have to spray around the feet etc as i will have to amsk off all the windows, and roof etc also might not be able to spray the top parts of the cage once its in the car

You should be able to spray most of it, although you will need to leave some bits bare to clamp the welder earth on to.

main hoop is 1 single bar BUT it'll need possibly 9 bits welded onto it if your cage follows what i'm thinking

White or a darker colour as your car is light. Black maybe.

my Impreza cage is blue....

Fee's old GTR cage was blue, but her new one is white.
