Could look into signing up with Costco..

Weight gain shake is definatly getting ordered. Although the thing i don't like about them is the protein content is always alot lower than say some of MyProtein's poweders.

Could buy both and chuck a scoop of the Protein in to bump it up a bit.

What I like to do is add milk powder. 4 tablespooons is 210 cals and 20g protein. Can't go wrong for about £1.50 lol.

Also get mutant mass of something like that. It has something like 180 carbs and 50g protein, With 1000 cals lol.

What weight are you now? And what do you wanna get to?

Also mabie get a high calorie shake? That helped me a lot when I was trying to get 5000 cals.

Currently sitting at 95kg 9% BF
Ideally would like to get to 100kg of shredded mass! So if i could bulk up another 15kg by April next year and stay below 12-13% bf and then rip myself to shreds.

What weight etc... are you?

I'm 6ft 4" so a proper lanky fucker!

Hence the 100kg relitivley lean mass is quite spread out over my height.

I say i want to aim for around 100kg lean, but i doubt it will stop there. Gym becomes an addiction.

You hope to be squatting nearly 400 pounds by the end of the year? I thought you weren't even doing squats or deadlifts.
What kind of numbers are you hitting now?

Very good point, if you are at 9% BF your abs would be out or at least the general outline imo.

Measured it with a set of callipers. Can see outline of abs. Obliques are more prominent than my abs.. Just seem to carry the last of my BF around my stomach and on my chest. My back, round my waist and arms are lean.

No no, not deadlifting and not squatting was me just being bitch. Have been squatting and doing deads for coming up 2 months. Currently squat 80kg x 8-10 x 4, 1RM at a guess would be around the 110-120kg mark. Once i start packing int he food i can only see those figures rising.

As for deads, use 70kg x 8-10 stiff leg and 120kg x 8-10 for sets Romanian. Got 150kg for 4 last week so again, in 5 months i reckon i could hit 200 for 1... Goal to aim for.

its good going but to add on 70k in squat in a couple of months is a bit ambitious.

just dont get set on goals as you will probably only get disappointed if you dont get them

I'm happy with any progress. The figures don't really bother me tbh. I couldn't care if someone can bench 10kg more than me.

More in it for aesthetic aspect. The figures are just things to aim for to keep progress up.

Got a few more photos to show progress.

Just went back to eating clean and plenty of it. Seem to be coming along ok... I don't know, hard to tell when you see yourself everyday.. But anyway, heres the latest.

Filling my polo t-shirts now which was a goal at the beginning..

Filled this one a little to much, mate commented on it looking tight, me "never" *Does most muscular* =

Vein running from delt to bicep apearing.

Front delts starting to take definition. (Was so hard to get a photo of this so sorry for the shit quality...)

Upper chest taking shape.

Forearm and where my vascularity is at. That was without a pump, so it looks a little better after working arms.)

So yeah that's about as much.

Weight is back up at around 100kg ish (16st 1lb)

Getting stronger again.

Will post up a workout and where everything is at in a couple weeks.

Nae think I look far more presentable now I've lost weight and put on a bit of muscle?

It's totally changed me, so much more confident, can wear clothes and not have pointy nips poking through tops.. Healthier, got more energy, seem to get away with acting a bell end whilst drunk and female bitch guards are easier broken.. A lot of ups in my eyes.

Yeah I know, would of been fine! Show off the gains!

Yeah, loving squats now I've sorted my form out and left the ego in the changing room. Tonight I did 100kg x 10 squats for 2 sets, 80kg for 12 for 2 sets then calf raises and 200kg leg press for 2 sets of 10. Training legs makes you feel like a wild animal after you come out the gym.
