Weren't Wolves supposed to expanding? I'm sure they said a few seasons ago they were expanding even if they went down (which they did)

we have done one stand so far, we were supposed to start next stand in summer, but instead have decided to build better training facilities (dunno why as they were pretty fucking good) and the stadium will be on hold for another season while training ground is done
