Two people have died because of a fallen tree, clearly they should've just manned the fuck up like Nic keeps harping 
Edit - Tbf, Balling is going to get it a lot worse than us as it travels up that way.....

Just got home. Live about a km from the shore at one of tallest points in the area. Safe to say we have a fair bit of wind right now.
Our street is littered with several garden chairs and BBQ. 
Feel like I should be standing guard by the car, to keep it safe from debris...

Aside from the North/South pissing contest, I think the Met Offices forecasting of this was pretty good. They picked it up, apparently way before it developed, and accurately predicted where and what time it would hit along with the severity. Impressive stuff.
