Fitted my carbon cooling panel today, it's an EP racing one so took a couple hours to get it to fit and had to do a bit of trimming! Here's some pics!
Then marked out where it need to be cut around the sidelight clip.
And finished, I also cut slots in the grille webbing so the panel could slide into it as apposed to sat on top! Cheers Sean for the idea
More coming soon .

Been busy with car as usual since the last update. The battery that came with the car decided it didn't want to hold its charge anymore so opted for a full size battery and relocate it to the boot! So ordered up all the bits I needed and set about doing it. Only picture I've got of it fitted.
It's a bosch S4 battery, I used 250amp welding cable with a 240amp mega fuse and holder up close to the battery, a 3 stud junction box and a handfull of terminals and connections. I'm so happy with how smoothly the car starts now. With the old battery it used to struggle so hard to turn the engine over and loose its charge within a few days!
I've done some more fiddling with the ride height and rolled the front arches aswell as having the alignment done! Had to get the hammer out to gain abit more clearance inside the arch :smash:
Had to go for a lot more rear camber than I had initially intended. Basically I wanted -2.5 camber on the rear but as you can see the rear right was already a touch over that and it was the side that was rubbing the most so rounded it up to -3.3. However the car feels so much more responsive and stable now. Even in the wet combined with the Goodyears it grips really well!
And a few photos of how its sat currently
The car came with a HKS Hi Power exhaust on it wich was a bonus as its a decent system and sounds great however I like to make abit of noise so swapped it out for a Blitz Nur Spec wich I fitted this morning! Took about 45 minutes to get the old one of and the Nur Spec on and finished . Fitted it with some new powerflex hangers and some new gaskets.
And a little fly by after we got it fitted
The video doesn't do it justice at all the noise is awesome!
Next things will be a new seat setup and more engine bay stuff

Cheers Gav! Yeah sorry for the lack of updates, gotten quite slack with updating progress threads/taking pictures etc. I'll try and keep on top of it more often. I'm planning on going for some proper photos soon so should have better ones up whilst I'm off over Christmas

Cheers Dave!
Nice one Steve! Yup I'm planning on having a couple sessions at Coombe next year hopefully, and then the SXOC weekender Wich is normally open pit lane day but they haven't disclosed the venue for next year yet! Few bits need seeing to aswell before I'll be happy to take it on track. I need to set up my AVCR again as when I changed the actuator it threw all the settings out so at the minute I'm just running an MBC Wich is good but not as efficient, and the brakes are horrid ! So will be going for a K-Sport setup soon

Gave sbod a clean again today and took it out with the camera for some better photos as up to now most of the photos have just been off my phone :indiff:.
Ive relocated the AVCR to under the CD player as it was in the armrest before and I need to set it back up, wich could prove difficult leaving it where it was lol
Bit the bullet on Christmas eve and ordered my seat setup . Ive got a new Bride Zeta coming over from japan and it should be here mid January!
And to go with it a black 4 point bolt in Takata
And ordered a DW super low rail to mount it on! Cant wait till it all gets here. Ive also ordered a few new black silicone joiners from Roose Motorsport to start getting rid of the nasty unbranded blue silicone joiners on the IC pipework and a bunch of stainless Mikalors!
More updates soon

Ha cheers Tom!
GB123 I wouldn't have it if it wasn't for the apex short shifter. It had the standard gearstick on it when I got it wich is quite short and it felt really notchy between the gears. Much easier and smoother with a longer gearstick whilst still retaining a nice tight shift.

Porn!!! The rear looks really odd though for some reason, can't work out if it's the spoiler, lights or how the bumper makes the arse look like its sat really high :s
What's with all the gadgets?

Cheers gav. Yeah I know what you mean, I think it's the rear bumper is very shallow and doesn't hang down at all making the rear look quite high! Once I've got my kit it'll look much better! To the right of the steering wheel is my Apexi Power Commader wich is basically a direct link from the Apexi ecu giving me all sorts of live stats and readouts. Battery voltage, injector duty, knock, air flow etc etc. I mainly have it there just keep an eye on the knock readings, when you press up on the pad it gives you the peak readings from when you last started the car! On the steering wheel cowling is the boost gauge and under my CD player is the boost controller, wich yes can be used as a gauge but having that in direct eye sight like the gauge is would look absolutely pants, that's why its tucked down there .
Taylorboosh yeah only got one for me, I ain't paying bride seat prices for someone else to sit in Im looking out for a leather passanger seat.
