Registered for a name on the house. So it will legally be called something not just a sign hanging on a wall.

2 weeks until I get the keys. Movers arranged, everything else pretty much sorted ready to go just the rest of the packing to do now. Also need to paint some walls the weekend I get the keys so there is a bit of colour in the house.

Perhaps an odd thing to say but I wouldn't be worried if I didn't have children. Not against, just not that bothered either way if that makes sense?

That's the view I had, never wanted kids, Mrs couldn't have kids, had an operation next thing we've got a kid, despite not wanting one and even when we found out being a bit kind of hmmmmmm not sure about it, I wouldn't change it for the world now. Saying that I don't want another.

Final fees to the solicitor to pay by the 10th, and last payment for the extras ordered as well. That's me with a massive wedge out my savings gone. Really looking forward to it, and 1gig/sec Internet from next Friday!

Made to measure fitted wardrobes from b and q quoted at £2900 installed. Can do it myself for £700 cheaper but lose the warranty. Know an ex b and q mechanic so trying to get some discount. Still a lot cheaper than sharps were asking.

You just missed out on Homebase fitted wardrobes 80%off plus another 10%. My mate got 2 bedrooms done for £200
I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

Have you seen fitted wardrobes being installed
I would suggest its 700 well spent for the Waranty
We had ours fitted last year and they are superb. Hammond's did ours

I haven't, but in all honesty thinking about it since Tuesday I will be getting them fitted by the pros.
In other news, all fees and costs paid today, used my debit card as I don't have a briefcase of cash, plus solicitors don't accept it. So that's it now, ready for the keys on the 11th.
Looking for a shed to purchase 10x6. B and q seem reasonable again for them. Sure I can manage to build that myself though.

Base is a 10x6 but may put a 10x8 on it as I found some decent prices ones, and it provides a good deal of space extra.

Just make sure you get a decent tongue and grooved one and not shitty overlap.

Yeah that one is the style you want. Overlap just falls apart after a while.
