Could be then, I just know you measure from the bead rims not the outer, so what ever it says on the tape measure when u do that is the size, judging by the pik I posted if u had the rose in the right place Id say 14 but could be wrong

What I'm getting at is if you know the wheels on the car (the cross spoke ones) are 'x' size, you can measure how much bigger than 'x' they actually measure, deduct the difference between the tyre size and the actual measurement from whatever your new wheels measure and voila, you know what size your new wheels are.

Or you could just measure from the bead seal and you'll know, the same way you measure any wheel rim for diameter when it isn't stamped into the casting
