Why can't you stick a claim in anyway? My Uncle came off his ZX-6 on the ring, Beat it into shape rode it home and claimed for an accident in the villages.

Exactly what I thought. Theres no pictures of it actually crashed on the ring so why not say that you just wanted to get it home under its own power rather than paying for a recovery. Just say you lost it coming home and did some temp repairs.

What's the point claiming? If he was to do it and get found out, prison sentence make's it un-worth it! It's not like giving it ago and then saying ok no probs, it FRAUD!

For the sake of the thread and the internet can people please refrain from telling him to 'claim'.

well, as the car wasnt driveable, hit and run wasnt an option, and if you know the 'ring at all, you'll know its pretty much impossible anyways, unless your car isnt registered to you and you have a compass in your pocket!
