Cheers I can't wait too see it lol.

Done a little bit today

Just got all the old seam sealer off and ground a few other bits off and down abit.

Still need a fair bit a welding to do. Then once that's all out of the way I can start fillering it all in.



Ground the hooks off from here as they won't be needed



Still need to weld up this massive mess lol

Yea battery is going in the back somewhere. Need to find a space to hide the header tank and washer bottle too lol

Are you replacing the part of bulkhead were the battery used to be???

Na was just gonna weld up the worst of it then get the shapes back in it. Will be a mission but gonna take my time over it. Having a new bulkhead section welded in where the powercap used to be.

i replaced my washer bottle with a one litre pouch, can either hide it in the passenger footwell or behind the front bumper like i did

Motor looks good in the mag.

Might be worth asking Benn over on mig about what filler he used on his bay.

Just seen the mag, it's a lot better than the fc one so I'm a happy chappy

Iv already got the filler and that bud was recommend saying it's the best to use, so hope it is lol

for the washer bottle why dont you get the corsa one that fits in the scuttle pannel? as its out of the engine bay then.

Will be a let soon bud.

Right need some help, I'm thinking about completely hiding the airfilter... What i wanna do is have the induction pipe coming from the trottle body down to the front bumper, then have the afm in the front bumper area then filter tucked away in the bumper... What I'm asking is will the afm still work and pick up a reading when it's that far from the trottle body?
