I've been thinking about a Z18XE,125bhp with a few mods.

Quite a few 1.8's on here now so thinking of joining crew.

When I get round to doing it I'm going to have it as neat as possible and have rocker cover powder coated, all block and gearbox painted and new bits, etc.

Z will be more money and your have to convert it to X18XE1 stuff so I doubt it really will be 125bhp.

Unless you run that inlet you can buy for corsa C's you won't want the rocker on show, the inlet looks messy then. Just run the plastic cover.

the coscast heads are only really a plus as they aren't as prone to go pourous I thought?

XE's don't go pourous anyway, they crack.

Can be easily sorted on a standard head anyway, Costcast just don't do it.
