Here at the end of the month.
It's going to be slow, reviews say to expect 60 MPG.
Used for the commute, boot for of IT crap... it'd got 5 doors for the little one. Daily sorted for a little bit.

Need to sell the Focus which with a bit saved gives me around 9k - 10k for a weekend toy. Currently looking at < 2003 disco, Freelander or Freelander 2. Basically want something to tow.

Weekend toy, looks at stuff that tows stuff you really could not make this up. Jesus christ, Andrew. You are a strange man.

People that refer to a car as a toy usually have some shit car that an old lady owned previously and it was just her "car"

GOT A NEW TOY!, is it a lambo, ferrari, caterham? No its a 1.4 litre hatchback i bought for £2k from the local newspaper, going to fit some 15yr old wheels from ebay because i can't afford new tyres

I understood it to mean not for commuting in.

FL2 depending on your licence, Disco will just be heavy and for track stuff its overkill.

Correction, under the strip lighting of the garage I've got some scratches on the front bumper where I imagine the birds skull shattered

Machine polisher has tidied it up nicely, can still see it in certain light - another few passes will probably remove it completely.

This is all on my weekend toy car btw, which can't tow anything

Something to pull a track car, a bit of off road and plenty of boot space.

Careful, Ian will start sticking up for him soon, telling us we are all insecure and taking it out on Andrew, Earl of mediocre cars.

Is there anything special about the puma? Without knowing the details but if I had £10k to play with I wouldn't get a vehicle just to tow a £1k to a track and instead buy a £10k car that can go on track and actually be used on the roads. The list is endless of which car, can even get ones with a boot if for some reason you needed the space so you don't have to mess up those other cars you have.

However I'll wait for his reply because there might be more to it than that. May even have Steve's race car then it all makes sense then.

Anyone that has ever owned a track puma seems to just own them, talk about them, but never use them.

Just knowing its there and knowing that at any moment you can go out and keep up with an astra vxr for a few laps is enough i imagine.

Just having a nice VW for fast road use is where its at nowadays, that's the scene.

I await comments on my suspension being broken but it's the look I wanted AP coilovers, Silver Project top mounts and rear control arms, 3SDM wheels, running 2.5 camber on front and 4.0 on rear.

Doesn't look too bad. Camber certainly doessn't look ridiculous. Mine looks worse on my Z4 and that's only.-2.5 on the rears.
