Remove bonnet stay
Weld up brake servo hole
Weld up breath hole
Weld up loom hole
Weld in bulkhead
Weld up brake hole in bulkhead
Rust treat rust
Sand and fill remaning scratches and holes
Seam sealer front member
Seam seal around seals
Seam seal under arches
Stopper all filler work
Underseal front member
Sure there's 1 or 2 things missing but that's a jist of it

Should be great when done although I'm not a fan of the arches but I can appreciate the work and I might be turned when finished.

Not a great deal done, but making progress. Really need my mate with his welder then I can crack on and get it done.
Well I bought a front strut brace but felt it didn't suit my engine bay so sold it on...
So bought another an this one is much better
Also got a rear one from Kieran
Some bonnet lifters so I could take the bonnet stay off
Made some templates
Cut out
How they will sit
Getting there
Ac template
One more too make..
Seam sealed the plates
Then gave it a well earned clean
Cover on (looks better fitted in person)
Then took then engine apart a little... Still need to gat a extender bar to take the head bolts out!
