He does seem to be highly rated and chased by a few top clubs, but considering the french league is fairly poor, and this lad has been in the first team for the last 4yrs it doesnt make much sense to spend so much on someone who has to go out on loan to a lower club to get a game?!

Happened a load of times before, player gets loaned out of a club he can't get a game for and alerts bigger clubs than his first club whilst he's there.

Could be worse. They could be Man City and be loaning £18m Jo out again. Figure that out.

Liverpool beat Arsenal to sign 18-year-old France starlet Chris Mavinga from Paris St Germain

Liverpool have reportedly signed promising France Under 18 international Chris Mavinga.
The defender, who had also been watched by Arsenal scout Gilles Grimandi, moved to Anfield from Paris Saint-Germain on a three-year deal, according to France Football.
The 18-year-old follows in the footsteps of striker David Ngog, who joined Liverpool from PSG for £1.5million last summer.
He can play at centre-back or full-back and is seen as one of the country's brightest prospects.
