hopefully have the bottom end done this week and can get the box fitted in the car then early next week im hoping for the head back , and yes 500 miles again , not a clue when im back at chris's but will let you know mate , thanks for collecting the parts mate owe you one

new piston rings arrived today

collecting the crank tomorow , mains and some arp lube should be here tomorow/thursday so will be building bottom end up friday , and will get it fitted in car with gearbox saturday

Your do well to get a new oil pump and pick up for £200, try more like £245 and that is before it is modified.
The diesel oil pickup pipe which I use is no longer availabe from GM, although I have just sorted getting the pipe made in one piece, including flairing the pipe to match the oil pump mounting flange.
If you can get the pump and pick ups for the price you said, get me some.
