No bother mate, i've opened mine & repackaged it again, ringing him monday & want him to arrange collection & sort the panel out how it should have been.
Dont know if you need to or not, but did you key the surfaces for bonding? and did you have any weight on the edges while it set?
Sorry about this, feel canny bad for getting this set up & it going tits up like.

OMG... i have been reading this for like well over an hour and this car is mint.
Well played with the style of the car, can't wait to see the proper finishs product, and the effort is right there mate, plus no exspence spared lmao.
I've always wanted to drive a turbo one, keep thinking about getting my XE'ed.
I've got a white sport and i've got colour coded door handles and boot grab and it look's loads better.
I need my arches spraying white to match my white skirt's, but your's looks abit like what i want mine to.
Anyways allround top pukka job mate

Youve already got the shell mint etc would be different if you just whacked the engine in but you got it sprayed and everything spent ages getting it the way you wanted.
Dont start it all again what madness!

TBH I have always felt my C20XE'd corsa handled better than any of my novas.
