Can't remember. Its on the Sports section somewhere, as I can't search I can't find it.
The person said he was sick of people referring to it as toning as there was no such thing.

Right, had a double dose (2 scoops - it does say on the tub that this can be done if you have a high tolerance) of the Ragnarok 15mins ago, and already really feeling it - feels similar to when I had the 4 scoops of No Explode. Would hate to think what 4 scoops of this stuff would be like

I may on one of the upper body days, certainly going to three next time.
Anyway, back in from Legs and Back, certainly thought it helped me push in the final 5 or so parts of the workout - feel fucked now though!

So I went round Tesco today noting down the nutritional values of lots of foods, got a fair few funny looks . Anyway I've come up with a rough food plan for the day which will be expanded to different lunch and evening meals.
07: 00
Protein Shake - 30g whey protein + 3.6g L Glutamine
08: 30 - Breakfast
Porrige - 36g
Semi Skimmed Milk - 180ml
10: 00 - Snack
Low Fat Fruit Yoghurt - 150g
11: 30
Protein Shake - 30g whey protein + 3.6g L Glutamine
12: 30 - Lunch
2 x Tuna Sandwiches with light mayo, cucumber and wholewheat rolls
1 x Banana
14: 30 - Snack
1 x Cheese String
16: 00 - Snack
Low Fat Fruit Yoghurt - 150g
18: 00 - Evening Meal
Grilled Chicken - 125g
Brown Rice - 1 cup
Peppers
Tomatos
Low Fat BBQ Sauce
19: 30 - Workout
P90X
20: 30
Protein Shake - 30g whey protein + 3.6g L Glutamine
It works out to be approximately 2456 calories. What do people think?

Id take a second look at the yoghurt, Id hazard a guess its got sugar or the like in it that you wont want to be having.
Which phase is this for also? As your carb intake looks high for the first phase, although probably not too bad (might be slightly over but thats no biggie) for the second.
Also, how much protein is this in total?
Oh, and you can check all the values on the Tesco website btw!

The bbq sauce will contain sugar... to be honest for pop, I wouldn't worry about sugar... it's not like he's at risk of getting fat.
I'm getting back on this tommorrow... Had a full week completely off it, and I've been kinda restless wanting to get back on it... plus knowing that christmas / new years is approaching and I'll be seeing people I've not seen for a long time, is spurring me on!
Let's BRING IT ON!
(I'm essentially continuing from the start of phase 2).

I can't see the cheese string being the best choice either. Maybe cottage cheese for a snack? Handful of nuts?
you aiming bulk or slim?

cheese string is on this P90X menu as long as its the light one - think 2 is one serving also.

yeah just looked up the nutrition value. Would deffo give them a miss personally and stick to cottage cheese. Some nuts or my new fav edamane beans.
Each to their own tho, am sure if its in the p90 guide there is some merit to them

Jaffa - It's 3.6g of L Glutamine because that is the amount in a small scoop from myprotein
Cosmo - This is nutrition from phase 2 at level 2. You've seen my pics, I'm planning on this intake for all 90 days as discussed previously.
It works out to be around 600 calories carbs and 600 calories protein. The Tesco website I found is either great or has no info.
Jaffa - I'll have a look into substituting the cheese string for nuts.
