If he was on the wrong side of the road, then the idiot will get a dangerous driving charge slapped on him, as evidentially it meets the standard...

starkie think it cured hang over

In to see karen today and she looks much better, the drain in one of her lungs is clamped off and her breathing seems better..Still can't get out of bed on her own or that though but can get helped into wheelchair which was not possible yesterday..
she also got a cast on her broken foot today..

As for me i feel terrible, been sick 3 times and feeling really bad, my right arm and shoulder and rhs chest killing me...Going to phone docs tomorrow..It is painful typing..

KArens mum has kieran away to hospital tonight and keeping him all night to give me a rest..Think i need to remember i've been in a bad accident too and should stop rushing about so much..I am not going in tongiht but talked to her on the phone just there...

It's her birthday tomorrow too

hope all get well soon, I cant help asking myself the question though, how come the driver of your car (karen??) didnt dump it in the ditch, or into the hedge row or summit when she was facing the oncoming car coming towards her? maybe she didnt have time? just seemed maybes she mightve done going on that story but things happen quickly

no time as we came over hill he was there, she did swerve and brake but all in vain as he was on us and he wasn't hanging about..

side of road is small verge, hedge and fence,no place to dump it really..the skid marks shows she was veering towards hedge etc when he hit unsure whats behind it but more than likely car could have been rolled etc...

Glad you are all ok, and i hope karen gets well soon.I hate people that drive while drunk or on drugs. An innocent girl here was going to work one morning and got killed by some guys driving on the wrong side of the road, while high on drugs. As you said you are very lucky to be alive.

really sorry to hear about the crash...

... probabaly best to let it be though with the other guy as far as doing taking the law into your own hands. It could have been a lot worse for your family and you don't want to do anything to him that could be detrimental to you all.
