3)soon as ive got the paddle clutch on an some other bits, i will be straight down to pod.
gonna see what times i can run with is as it is now, then when am running about 250bhp, ill pod it then aswell.
my mate owns the blue one with 300bhp. that is pretty much unusable power in a front wheel drive car
Paddle clutch, i hope you dont do round the town driving.
They are an absolute pain in the arse to drive carefully with, although they are great for shifting quick.

This is my for sale thread, please dont ask questions why its for sale please. I'm just letting those who are looking for a glanza that mine is coming up for sale in the next month/2 months.
I bought the car off a Private importer (http://www.import-auto.co.uk) in September 2004. I had been longing for one and when this appeared I knew I HAD to have it. I picked her up with about 50,000miles on the clock in very good condition.
NOV '04
I then have serviced her more times than I can count to make sure everything is ok with her. I have only ever used Castrol RS 10-60w oil, and NGK Iridium plugs. I have only bought TOYOTA parts. I got a Clifford 650u Cat1 Alarm which works with the Turbo Timer and has its certificate for Cat1 Status for insurance purposes. Everything I have bought I have reciepts for. All kept in a folder. I have a photocopy of the auction sheet and the Japanses service sheets too. These will all go to the new owner to allow them to keep her in such a clean condition as I have kept her.
The car came off the road April 2005 after failing an MOT on burst rear shocks. I now have replaced the shocks and Springs setup with full D2 Coilovers, I also fitted a TRUST/GReddy FMI and the GReddy E-Manage (with the Boost Harness, Boost Sensor, Injector Harness and Ignition Harness).
She went back on the road in the June.
JULY '05
After my "incident" last november my car has hardly been out. I use it as a daily driver to go to work and back and she happly plods away. I recently changed the rear discs, pads and wheel bearings. I was hunting for a noise that turned out to be something else. I have spared no expense with this car it has been my life for almost 2 years. Some of you will have seen it last year at JAE.
The car is not Ready to be sold. I want to get a few small things sorted, these are:
Rear Bumper - My mother scuffed it when reversing out the runway.
Front Bumper - Its very rough due to the FMI and will be replaced by a 99 Spec one.
Alternator - Making irritating noise
Stone Chips - There not bad its just me being really anally retentive!
Check below the spec below for all the mods. Also please look at the pics to see how much love and passion I have put into her in the pictures below.

my thoughts...
A standard startlet/glanza GT isnt a match for a c20xe corsa/nova. No Way.
It is more than a match for a c16xe GSi though.
I think they are pretty even with Punto GT's when standard (easier to tune starlet though i think).
I have a vid somewhere of my old GT (at about 140bhp at that point) ripping a GSi a new ass from 40 to 100+ .
I also have a vid of it (at about 180bhp) ripping a c20xe corsa's ass open. It was in gear though... If the corsa was free to choose lower gears it would have been even, or even gone the other way. It was just the 190lbft that won it.... The punto was gone by 3.5k rpm while the corsa was still winding up the revs.
All in all.... that shows it depends how the cars are driven.
My old punto kicked my old skylines ass in certain gears!!!

Its a doddle mate, There is 2 screws that fix the black surround that goes round the heater controls and the head unit. Remove that, then you can see the other screws holding the headunit in place. Took me about 5mins
