I think over 100 on Mway/bypass or double 30/40 limit is an instant ban

a lot of businesses on industrial sites are open 24/7 (distribution/shift work) so even if they arent about when you were speeding it doesnt mean they arent there at night!

so is it ok to cause grievous bodily harm when there is no witness?
I agree with what COsmo said, he didn't deny the that he doesn't speed.
But now people posting stuff like 'unlucky, sad for you mate, blah blah'...
how could be be unlucky when he knew that what he was doing was against the law?
you kill somebody, the police catches you and somebody should come and tell you that it is unlucky for getting caught

Fucking right he's unlucky for getting caught. Don't see the police doing the right thing and deporting the fucking Immo that ran down a CHILD whilst drunk and killed him. What happened to him? Oh yeh he got a rent free house. All because coppers are stood in empty industrial estates at night pointing lazers at people.

Go and tell this in court tell the magistrate/judge he was unlucky
Next time he should do 90 and then tell the police officer he shouldn't be there because he wants to do 90 in a 30...yeah? If caught, unlucky....

that doesnt make sense?? they caught him and let him go because they wanted to go stand in a industrial estate?
I think you'll find thats due to the crap law not the police doing their job elsewhere
