Unfortunately you can see bulges. Once it's on the road the skirts will be rubbed down and painted again.

Correct, Small sacrifice though as I don't use that vent anyway. Luckily the Corsa dash has a seperate channel to help demist the drivers window.
I'm going to fit another gauge in the spare vent when I can decide what to fit.

So Ste 'the oracle' give me some ideas of what to put in the empty vent.
I did think of the parrot bluetooth kit but don't use the phone that much anyway.
I already have 3 gauges so i'm stuck for ideas.

Had a bit of a problem with the cambelt. After a few minutes of running a rattling from the belt starts. It's fine when cold but once warmed up the noise comes.
I suspected a bearing so stripped it down and found this.

Full kit returned to Autovaux waiting for an exchange now.

Decided whilst the belt was off to fit a cam kit and clean up the lifters.
Everything stripped down.

Lifters soaking in petrol.

Can't do much engine wise without the cams and belt so got to painting stuff.
