I'd have to argue the VDS vs Reina Nath, VDS is playing with a defence where he doesn't have to do much, Reina is busy all the time and for me is the better of the two.

Fucking Keown and Dixon are stupid

Keown saying Kuyt needs to be central to be effective - in his best season for us where he has scored 12 league goals from that wide position.

Next they think Fletcher gets into a Liverpool/United XI over Mascherano, and Carrick over Alonso (thats a closer one, but still Alonso IMO)

Thats only on paper though, dont think those players could actually play together that well, they'd all want to attack.

No need, he hasnt. I can bet he (and Alonso) have both started more games this season than both Fletcher and Carrick.

Alonso has started 26.

Carrick has started 27.
Fletcher has started 23.

26 including today. He has been subbed 9 times, but all of these other than one have been in the 85th+ minute sort of range.

Alonso has started 26 too, but come on off the bench in a further 6 games.

Just to compare, Carrick has started 22 games, on in 4 more. Subbed 5 times. Fletcher has started 23 games, on in 1 more. Subbed 9 times. For both they have been taken off is approx the 60th-70th min range.

Its a 36 game season, and we've only played 35. So 74.28%.

He will no doubt start next week if you want to factor that in, 27 starts in 36 games, so 75% dead.
