Have any skinny bastards on here done the whole 6 weeks?

I've just printed the 6 weeks off and going to do it for the next 6 weeks.

Was just wondering how your arms look at the end of the 6 weeks? The same? Bigger?

I'm a skinny bastard and I noticed a bit of a difference after 4 weeks. My chest improved more than my arms. Up top, by my shoulders more than anything.

It was nearly 30 degrees in my room at night when I was saying that. I'll not be doing anymore until I've recovered from this weekend anyway.

I'm doing 3 different ones at the same time

100 Push ups,
200 Sit ups,
200 Squats.

I'm determined to get myself a badge at the end of it too

did my first set on Monday night, felt good some did some chest press'... wow, what a bad idea!!! My chest is absolutely killing and its been two days lol I think I over did my first session... tut tut tut

Hopefully I'm all recovered to enable to complete set 2 tomorrow

Got back into this after getting over pig flu and did the first exhaustion test last night. Managed 30 so 12 better than my initial test.
It's nice to see some improvement but I've also noticed my recovery is getting better. After the initial test I was dead but last night after about a minute I felt I was ready to go again
