Ive got a 'recovery' drink but may change it to a better one once Ive done some more reading up on it. Other than that Im going to get some creatine I think for pre-workout and Glutamine for after (prob have it in the recovery drink).

multi-vitamin is well worth it, and theyre cheap enough from boots or holland and barrett. What is youre recovery drink at the moment?

TBH if you stick to the diet plan on this and do the fitness as it says then you should bulk up.

theres no evidence to support it will give you any gains, especially in strength, i gave it the benefit of the doubt anyway and used it (CEE) and i can assure you it made no difference at all.

You can still get better strength and gains from just training hard and eating well.

Ive seen a lot mentioned about Creatine Ethyl Ester, as this doesnt make you retain any water.

its placebo powder. you speak to Americans and they will tell you it gives them more of a pump but in reality you're better off using however much you spend on it to light up your cigar

Not too sure what the post-work out drink is, think some mex-rx thing.

Yes, well will be more regularly from tomorrow have whey as part of the diet. No creatine yet, was a suggestion on a number of sites Ive read.

I may get some BSN NO-Explode, as that contains creatine and other stuff as a pre-workout drink.

Shake I have as high in protein but low in carbs. Go for something like that if you plan on having a shake too.

Ignoring you/ignoring question, same difference. I just didnt see it.

You've got a real chip on your shoulder havent you. Im not sure if its because you've got a real low self-esteem issues or if you're genuinely a cunt.
