I had occasion to visit this very postbox today so I took my camera with me as I was kind of inspired by one of Mike's pics. Nothing much else to say about it really
PP: Duplicated layer, desaturated, copied postbox, Nova and part of sign from background layer, adjusted colour balance on Nova, smart sharpened all layers, increased contrast on desaturated layer.

Had a random idea today to take a pic with Gary again, and decided that he should definitely be playing on the PS3. So there we have it, a gaming snail
PP: Auto levels, levels, increased saturation, increased brightness and contrast, dodged Gary.

Fancied taking a pic of my old school iPod today as to me it's a classic piece of design. It's a bit of a brick by today's standards and doesn't have a massive hard drive but I think it still looks great.
PP: Auto levels, auto colour, straightened, cropped, altered curves, increased saturation on cyan and red, applied cooling filter 80, some minor clone brushing to remove charging lead and random dirt or something.

Somehow came up with this idea today, wanted to try and get a bit of bokeh on the go with the lava lamp with moderate success.
PP: Duplicated layer, selected round guitar, inverted selection, deleted contents, increased brightness, increased saturation, smart sharpen.

Went out today just randomly taking pics and quite like this one. Was originally annoyed at the sky being blown out but it works better in B+W so it's all good.
PP: Auto levels, auto colour, straightened, cropped, desaturated, increased contrast, smart sharpen.

I like number 66 a lot, see quite a few like this in the shops with the red detailing on a black and white back ground. Always fancied one like that for my room
Some very decent pictures mate, keep it up

Thanks mate People usually seem to keep the red, probably because it's a strong colour. I'll be bringing my camera to the meet btw

Today I took a picture of some beansprouts

I found out tonight that the top turn and a half had snapped off of my passenger side rear spring, which is a bit annoying. Unfortunately Corsa C's are known to snap springs. At least it was only a bit off the top and not in the middle or anything.
PP: Auto levels.

I ordered a lens hood off eBay a few weeks ago but it got "lost" in the post so they sent another and it arrived today. Need to try it out now

Went over to the shop tonight and thought that cars going round a roundabout might be a nice picture. I was right. I'm sure I could give it some light photoshopping to get it looking better but I want to go to bed

Another idea that just randomly jumped into my head. Hadn't really realised until after it was on my PC that the pens are only lined up along the bottom edge but oh well. Bit too tired to be really bothered
PP: Auto levels, auto colour, dodged background, increased saturation, smart sharpen.

Cheers Joe I had a bit of a play with it last night but not completely sure if I'm happy with how it came out. Kind of like the look of the natural lighting how it is up there.

I took this picture today whilst fitting my new springs and like the dirty gritty feel of it so played with it a bit and made it today's picture.
PP: Auto levels, auto colour, decreased saturation, decreased lightness, increased contrast, smart sharpen.

I went on a massive walk today and found this random stream thing running into the river and managed to get close enough so that I could take this. Didn't even need an ND filter, just F32 and slowish shutter
PP: Auto levels, auto colour, increased brightness, darkened highlights, increased saturation, smart sharpen, cropped an unsightly bunch of twigs off the edge.

I tried taking this today on the theme of Energy for the photography challenge. Not really sure I like it as it doesn't capture what I wanted it to and it feels too easy and over-done. Either way, I've not really taken anything else today worth uploading.
PP: Auto contrast, altered blue levels.
