LOL, you quite obviously have no idea how to run a company, i do mail order and the same day someone wants the tracking number, they get it. No excuses, no bullshit.
You seem to be ignoring everyones requests for tracking numbers,

IP address can be changed simply by switching the router off and on again allowing it to reset and register on the 'network' again. Unless of course your on here from a company which purchases class A IP address' which means they are fixed but also hidden to help prevent hacking.

We're aware of that.
The IPs don't match so there's no real evidence that they're the same person. However it may turn out to be the case.
Short of turning up there and seeing who is sitting at any particular computer, we don't know whether they've chosen to re-route via a different network or even just go round to their mates house.
I wouldn't rule anything out. They're certainly known to each other. To what extent that implicates them being in business together I'm not clear.
