managed to sort the fueling out with the fuel pressure reg it was lowering the pressure higher up the revs...
managed to get another throttle cable from a zafira which fits a treat and sorted the idle out
still need to make a bracket for the expansion tank
used a mk2 granada altrnator bracket to mount mine properly
next engine mod is maybe a after market inlet manifold EG a diblas anyone had any experience with these ?????

another quick update:
found out why the car isnt idling as it should and is down on power.... its down to the throttle body
its electronicaly controlled so throttle position sensor must be fooked not putting the fuel in
have been told that a x20xe is the same throttle body but a little bit bigger dont know if it will make any difference so will find out on monday
cheers for looking hodgy

**UPDATE**
just stripped our lasses corsa out had the shitty gray carpet which will get replaced with black
next i got a full set of black door cards and black trim just waiting on carpets
have also got a opel grill and front and pack post 97 bumpers in arden blue (cheers linch)
i am putting my calibra seats in the arden
my seats are getting replaced with 88 spec rs turbo seats when we get a chance
father is going to make a bracket and then weld them to the corsa runners so the seats move forward and back also up and down
finally i will add pictures:
i have baught a z18xe preformance inlet off ebay to replace the very restrictive standard one so will add pictures of how to fit it will probs need to lift back of bonnet becuase i have seen that the throttel body hits the bonnet also need to extend a couple of pipes
any body got a spare z20let coolant rail;
as i am going to by-pass the heated throttle body and run the collent rail along the front of the engine to the corsa c expansion tank
thanks for looking
hodgy
