It's been real and it's been fun, I'll let you decide if it's been real fun.
With that said, it's work time for me

I usually just do accumalators with random scandanavian teams that have odds of 1/8
Come close a couple of times but no big wins yet unfortunately
I usually make a little bit each month betting on UFC

breakfast which is Optimum one that I chuck some oats in too or mix in to porridge if I have the time
Lunch/mid afternoon is optimum one with full cream milk
After training is CNP Recovery
Need to look at a pre work out supp/creatine but need to get another tub of ultimate one and cnp so can't justify an extra £30 this month

Fair enough, I need to order some more protein as think I'm gonna run out next week
Really need to start having my recovery shakes but I'm so dead after a workout I'm not sure I could stomach it

I felt that way to begin with, for a few weeks I was having the caramel muscle milk bars. Amazingly tasty and instantly made me jump straight back up again.

It's strawberry flavoured stuff so can't add the chocolate.
I usually chase it with a banana but we're out of them as well
