on the first vid... I've just noticed a change in note at around 0:36.
That may have been the beginning of the end for that engine. All was fine until it came into the pits.... and stalled. Started up and it sounded horrific
Fuckin corsa!

Good value for money, my kit cost me £410 posted, I told them what spring rates and lengths I want too.
If you're still after the 100mm drop they do the short bodied version which can go very low and still have suspension travel.

gaz - cheap through pickford
bilstein - cheap through broster
sorted
i'll do you a set of Penske linear bearing mcpherson struts as used by touring cars if you want some real suspension
Don't go with a company because you can spec springs. You can buy springs from a number of places. DFaulkner is one and they have pricelist online.
For the price bracket you are looking at I'd recommend Bilstein

I doubt I'd pay the premium for a Cat. Just slum it in a Lueguwhatevertheyarecalled 'locost' type build
MK etc
Even MK aint cheap. Looking at 3k plus. And you don't get a lot for that 3k.
Been looking for bodies for a Spitfire chassis but there dont seem to be any which is a shame
3k plus not cheap??? My Dad and I are in the middle of a 28k kit car build!! 3k is very cheap.
