Quite... was in reference to the Beebs headline:

"Clint Dempsey's late winner at Craven Cottage moves Fulham to 13th in the Premier League after Liverpool midfielder Jay Spearing is controversially sent off"

That was never a sending off, the ref was bloody awful last night. I think that's 13 times we've hit the woodwork this season

The ball was there to be won, yes he left his trailing leg high but he'd already won the ball (which was never in Dembele's control) by this point, it was Dembele who was late into the challenge. It was a yellow card simply because he left his trailing leg high, but it was never a sending off.

Dempsey should have been off for all that attempted headbutting too.

Because he took the ball with the foot that is on dembeles ankle and then Dembeles leg got in the way lol.

Yellow card imo as there was no intent in it at all but i suppose its the same as the rodwell sending off in the merseyside derby.

Spearing tackle was a red. Doesn't matter if he won the ball, was high and reckless.

The picture probably makes it look worse than the replays I've seen TBH
Was still a red card though

i saw it this mornign briefly on SSN with no sound and said immediately thats got to be a red, then saw that it was.

Awful re. Rodwell, that wasnt even a foul, let alone a booking let alone a red card!
