Got my tyres fitted today. I went for 175/55 15s and they fitted fine! ( bit of scrubbing on the rear plastic arch but im sure it would soon have just worn the plastic down to a useable level ) Except i went scrapyard looking for a seat runner after and noticed one of the tyres had gone flat already. I took it back and there was a split in the side wall Owell they where partworn tyres just to try it. Now I know what size to get atleast!

Pictures:

Wish i had taken more pictures befor puttin the softstars back on but owell.

They have got a slight stretch as they are 175 tyres over 6.5j wheel. i dont want stretch as i drive this car hard mate. Plus the car sits loads lower with the BBSs on because i caught my splitter on the bump coming out the tyre place

Wheels look great CorsaCal, but if you drive it hard why have the wrong off set on
the car will handle better with the right off set and there's plenty of nice wheels out there
or just get a set for track use

Can you see much in them?

I personally think if the lip between the mirror and door was more gradual they'd look good. That's the main thing that puts me off them to be honest
